Through its trading arm, Okamura Trading, Okamura Foods has officially appointed New Hatchin as the exclusive importer and distributor of Hokkaido and Aomori salmon products in the Philippines. This partnership establishes a direct supply chain from Japan, ensuring consistent quality, freshness, and traceability for the local market.

The initial shipment represents New Hatchin’s commitment to bringing authentic, premium Japanese ingredients closer to consumers and food professionals, while supporting a transparent and reliable import framework aligned with Japanese standards.

Hokkaido and Aomori is globally recognized for its cold, clean waters and ideal conditions for salmon farming. By sourcing directly from Okamura Foods, New Hatchin strengthens its position as a trusted gateway for high-quality Japanese food products, serving both retail and foodservice channels.
