Quick Overview

It is an authentic Korean Kimchee sauce made from red chili peppers with plenty of apples, garlic and gingers. Very spicy chili pepper and mild chili peppers are blended for excellent flavor. This flavorful sauce is created with kelp, anchovy and soy sauce. All-purpose thick and rich sauce brings Kimchee flavor easily.

Use it as a dipping sauce for Kimchee hot pot, topping for Sushi, meat, fish or vegetable marinade, sauce for meat dishes, or additional flavor to dressing, and not to mention making Kimchee.
