This is the shredded chili pepper cut into about 0.5mm thickness, like thread. Select red chili peppers are used to bring out the spiciness and color.
As it is thinner than a regular shredded chili pepper, it can be used to decorate Chinese noodles, Sushi, salad, delicatessen bread and soups as well as to add hot flavor.

和からしを主原料としています。鼻を抜けるような辛味が特徴です。
［使用方法］本品100ｇに対して水150ｇの割合で水を少量ずつ加えて、よく練ってご使用ください。お好みにより水の量は調節してください。練ってから辛味が出るのに３分から５分ほど時間がかかります。
