Tomato Curry Recipe


Tomato Curry

1. Mix garlic, ginger and yoghurt in a bowl and marinade chicken.
2. Stir-fry onion with oil in a large skillet. Add (1) and remaining marinade and stir fry.
3. Add canned tomato and water, cover and simmer on low heat for approx. 20 min., stirring constantly.
4. Turn the heat off, break S&B Golden Curry Mix into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until mixes are completely melted. Simmer until thickened., stirring constantly.Add salt and garam masala, if you like.
5.Serve hot over rice.

  • 300 g Chicken Thigh, chopped
  • 1 pack S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g
  • 200 g Onion, minced
  • 50 g Yoghurt
  • 400 g Canned Tomato
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic, grated
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger, grated
  • 250 ml Water
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Garam Masala
  • As desired Rice, cooked
