Wasabi Steak
1. Use tip of a knife to cut in the tendons between fat and lean parts of steak. Season the steaks all over with salt and pepper.2. Heat a frying pan and put oil. Cook (1) on a high heat on both sides. To finish, pour soy sauce around the steaks and baste both sides.3. Place the steaks onto a plate and garnish with S&B Wasabi Paste.
