Curry Ramen (Miso Flavor)

1. Blanch the spinach and set aside. Put water and chicken soup stock in a pot and bring to boil. Dissolve miso in it.
2. Turn the heat off, break S&B Golden Curry Mix into pieces and add them to the pot. Stir until mixed are completely melted. Simmer again, stirring constantly.
3. Cook noodle and drain well.
4. Put noodles in bowls and pour over (2). Add the spinach, soft-boiled egg and green onion.

  • 2 tbsp Chicken Soup Stock Powder
  • 3 tbsp Miso
  • 1400 ml Water
  • 2 Green Onion, minced
  • 4 Boiled Egg
  • 80 grams Spinach
  • 4 servings Ramen Noodle
