Vegetable Curry

1. Cut potatoes, carrot, eggplant, zucchini, paprika and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
2. Stir-fry onions with oil in a large skillet.Add other vegetables and stir-fry. Add water and simmer until ingredients are tender.
3. Turn the heat off, break S&B Golden Curry Mix into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until mixes are completely melted. 
4.Simmer until thickened, stirring constantly.Serve with rice or noodles.

  • 1 pack S&B Golden Curry Mix 92g
