Wasabi Burger

1. Mix the minced beef with coriander leaves, salt and black pepper.
2. Shape (1) into four equal-sized patties.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and cook (2) for approx. 3-4 minutes each side, or until cooked through.
4. Spread Wasabi Paste on buns. Serve (3) in the buns with mayonnaise and lettuce.

  • 2 tsp S&B Wasabi Paste in Tube
  • 4 pcs Burger Buns
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 4 Lettuce
  • pinch Salt
  • pinch Black Pepper
  • as needed Vegetable Oil
