Wasabi Burger
1. Mix the minced beef with coriander leaves, salt and black pepper.2. Shape (1) into four equal-sized patties.3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and cook (2) for approx. 3-4 minutes each side, or until cooked through.4. Spread Wasabi Paste on buns. Serve (3) in the buns with mayonnaise and lettuce.
