Avocado Keema Curry

1. Heat oil in a pan, fry chicken, garlic and ginger. Add onion and stir-fry until onion is tender.
2. Add tomato and water, and cover, bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Mash tomato. Turn the heat off, add Curry sauce Mix. Stir until sauce mixed are completely melted.
4. Add Worcester sauce and simmer for 3 minutes. Add avocado and stir carefully not to mash avocado.
5. Serve over rice, and garnish with chervil, if desired.

  • 1 pc Avocado, sliced 5mm
  • 1 Onion, minced
  • 2 pcs Tomato, chopped 1cm
  • 400 ml Water
  • 110 grams S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix 220g
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Worcester Sauce
  • Cooked rice As Desired
  • Chervil Optional
  • 200 grams Ground chicken
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
