Korean Style Dumpling with UMAMI TOPPING
Chop chinese chive and green onion into small pieces.Mix minced meat and ingredients of (1) in a bowl. Then add ćAć and mix well.Put (2) on each dumpling skin and wrap it in a way you like.Steam the dumplings for 8 min.Serve with UMAMI TOPPING. Garnish with Korean lettuce and spices such as ginger, as you like.
